It automatically pulls data nightly from your Pinnacle DataViews, so your police book is fully automatic. It supports custom fields so any state-specific requirements are a breeze to comply with.

Tax Exempt / Resale Certificate Auto-Updater

Many states require auto recyclers to keep up to date tax-exempt / resale certificates on file for their customers. Instead of manually tracking them down every few years, Pinmo can send automated email reminders to your customers - and even generate pre-filled PDFs (with the address exactly positioned in the envelope window) so you can send physical mail to those stubborn customers who don't respond to email.

Email Proxy

Some Pinnacle users experience problems when sending bulk emails from Pinnacle, if that is you - integrating the Pinmo Email Proxy will solve your problems without having to resort to a new email provider.

Any third-party supported by Zapier is definitely supported, any third-party with a published API is probably supported, and all other third-parties will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

AI Title Scanner & Storage

Having difficulty keeping all your vehicle titles organized? Scan or send titles in any format to Pinmo to have the VIN, date, and other metadata automatically extracted using state of the art AI and OCR models. Pinmo can also automatically convert the titles to JPEG (the one format Pinnacle seems to support).

This product is in beta testing, and will will be completely free to anyone helping to test it.

DIY Analytics (any commercial tool)

You might choose this if a member of your team is already familiar with a specific tool, and you'd like to bring your Pinnacle data there. Or you would like to combine data from your other tools (like CRMs, Customer Support, etc) into 1 place.

Securely connect your Pinnacle DataViews to any commercially available Business Intelligence tool. You will be provided with a TLS and VPN secured connection directly to your Pinmo Server and Pinnacle DataViews. You will be responsible for making your own charts and dashboard (or hiring someone who can) as well as managing the commercial tool of your choice.

DIY Analytics (Metabase)

$150 / month

You might choose this if you are just getting started with BI tools, and want a capable yet affordable tool to get started with. Since I am a Metabase expert, this option also allow easy upgrade to "Full-Service Analytics" if you need some more help from me.

I will set up Metabase on your Pinmo server, and configure it to connect to your Pinnacle DataViews. I'll get you started with a few very basic charts, but ultimately your team (or a consultant) will be responsible for building and maintaining your dashboards. There are no per-user charges. Please feel free to utilize the training sessions to help get you started.

Full-Service Analytics (Metabase)

$500 / month

You might choose this if you just want your BI to just work without thinking about it, and want an expert to build your dashboard when you need new ones.

Everything in "DIY Analytics (Metabase)" is included, plus someone who's been doing BI and SQL for 15 years in your back pocket. You can request an unlimited amount of changes (made within 3 business days). Any analysis that requires data outside of Pinnacle DataViews is not guaranteed to be possible (but I'll give it go!).

Schedule one-off training sessions for 1 person or your whole team. I have a handful of "general training" sessions we can go over, or it can serve as an "office hours" mentoring session on a specific problem.

Do you have a unique challenge with your Pinnacle instance? Or want to update or automate some of your business processes?

Many of the above solutions started out as custom projects “sponsored” by a specific recycler who saw that need. If the problem is common to many Pinnacle-based recyclers, the work to create the solution will be reasonable priced.

Projects start at $500, so no project is too small to take on.
